In the ongoing North Zone Badminton Championships in Una, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana’s women and men team performed well and won the title. Haryana defeated Delhi 3–0 in the final.

The winning team was congratulated by Ajay Singhania, general secretary of the Badminton Association of India. He informed that this championship is being held in Una from 8 to 11 September. So far 3 events have been completed.
Teams from 7 states are participating in this competition. In the women’s and men’s class team events, Haryana won the title by showing a great game.

Here are the men and women teams involved in the female team Ajay Singhania said that Haryana’s men’s team included Gagan, Himaraj Singh, Ugatam Arora, manav Chaudhary, Bharat Raghav, Aryan Sappia, mayank Rana, Aryan Hooda, Pankaj and Dishant Ahlawat. At the same time, the women’s team consists of Uttarati Hooda, Anmol Kharb, Devika Sihag, Garima Kundu, Sanvi Aneja, Apoorva, Sakshi Gehlawat, Ishu Malik, Tannu Malik and Riddhi Kaur. Haryana team coach is Ravi Singla.
Haryana’s name of National Women Single for 3 years Ajay Singhania said that Haryana has been named the title of National Women Single continuously for the last three years. Apart from this, Haryana’s women’s badminton team finished first in the National Championship and National Games last year. Further, the Haryana team will continue to perform well.
