The Supreme Court has refused to hear the petition seeking a ban on the cricket match between India and Pakistan on 14 September. The court was demanded for immediate hearing on the petition.
However, a bench of Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice Vijay Bishnoi refused to hear the case and said it was just a match.
The government approved on 21 August The Government of India was allowed to hold an Indo-Pak match on 21 August. The government said- There is no ban on playing with Pakistan in the multinational tournament. There will be no bilateral series in both countries.
