Bajrang Poonia’s father had been ill for a long time and was hospitalized for 18 days before his death. He was undergoing treatment at Gangaram Hospital in Delhi. His elder son Harendra Poonia had said that both his father’s lungs were damaged. Due to which he died during treatment.

Bajrang Poonia’s father died at the age of 71. Bajrang’s father Balwan Poonia was born on 22 July 1954. He was the eldest of 4 brothers. He is followed by Jagbir, Ranbir and the youngest Dalbir. Ranbir Poonia has already passed away, while Dalbir is currently working in the Railway Police.
