Educational and professional qualification:
- Graduate or Post Graduation Diploma.

- Experience of up to 2-3 years in loan department.
Required skills:
- Taking right decisions and communicating with the team on a daily basis.
- Time and project management abilities, strengthening networks with sales/credit and risk teams.
- Developing working relationships with internal and external teams.
- Self-motivation, good team management and communication skills.
