Girls result again better than boys
A total of 90.11% students have passed this time in 10th. Girls have passed 93.87 %, while boys have passed 86.66. Accordingly, girls have passed 7.21 percent more than girls and boys. At the same time, 81.15% students have passed this time in 12th. This time in the 12th result, girls have passed 10% more than boys.

Girls won in 2024
In 2024, students of Sita Bal Vidya Mandir Inter College Mahmudabad in Sitapur topped the 10th-12th exam. Prachi Nigam with 591 (98.5 percent) marks out of 600 in high school and Shubham Verma secured first place in the entire state with 489 (97.8 per cent) marks out of 500 in intermediate.
In 2024, both class 10 and class 12 were again ahead of boys in UP board examinations. The total passing percentage for class 10 was 89.78%, including 93% of girls and 86% of boys. The passing percentage of girls for class 12 was 88.42%, while the boys were 77.78%. The trend of better performance of women continued for another year.
In 2024, about 55 lakh students registered for the UP board examination, including both class 10 and class 12. There were 29,82,055 participants in class 10 examination, out of which 22,93,467 passed. For class 12, out of 24,52,830 students, 20,26,067 passed the examination.
3 crore copies of 54 lakh students checked
This time the UP Board 10th exam was given by 25.56 lakh students and the 12th exam was given by 25.77 lakh students. For these 54 lakh students, the UP board conducted the exam within 17 days and the work of checking the copies was completed in just 15 days. The board said that this time the teachers have investigated about 3.5 crore copies.
