National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the UGC NET admit card. Candidates can download the admit card from the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in. This examination will be taken for 85 subjects.
First paper public on 3rd January of administration
The examination of 85 subjects will be held on January 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15 and 16. On the first day, first shift, the examination will be conducted for Public Administration and Education and for Economics/ Rural Economics/ Demography/ Statistics/ Development Planning/ Development Study/ Econometrics/ Applied Economics/ Development Economics/ Business Economics/ Museology and Conservation.

Candidates who will appear for the exam for these subjects can download their admit card by using the application number and date of birth.

- Click on ‘Open UGC NET’ Admit Card Download Link.
- Enter application number and date of birth.
- Download the admit card by logging into your account.
NTA also released helpline number
Candidates will know the exam centre, reporting time etc. from the admit card. There is also an undertaking form along with the admit card. Candidates must bring all the pages of the printed admit card (along with the undertaking) to the examination centre.
If any candidate faces any problem in downloading the admit card or there is any mistake in the admit card, he/she can contact the agency on 011- 40759000 or e-mail at ugcnet@nta.ac.in.
Important criteria for UGC NET
Educational Qualification:
- Masters degree from any recognized university
- General Category with 55%
- SC/ST/OBC/PWD with 50%
Age Limit:
- Junior Research Fellowship (JRF): 30 years
- NET- No Limit
- Age relaxation will be given as per rules.
