NTA has issued a notice on its official website regarding the last date of JEE Mains 2025 January Session-1. National Testing Agency (NTA) has made it clear that the last date to apply will not be extended. The last date to apply for JEE Mains Session 1 exam is November 22, 2024.
Actually, many questions were being asked regarding JEE Mains. In which students had a lot of confusion regarding JEE Mains application last date and correction option. After which NTA issued notice.
National Testing Agency (NTA) regarding Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2025 which is available on the official website jeemain.nat.nic.in. In which the correction window will remain open from November 26 to 27, 2024. The first session of the exam is scheduled to be held from January 22 to 31, 2025, in which admission will be given in engineering and architecture programs in top institutes including NITs and IIITs.
NTA also gave information about correction fields
According to the notification, candidates will have 4 options for exam centre. The city will be allotted as per availability. NTA gave information about the fields in which candidates will be able to make corrections.
Candidates can also change the paper medium and exam center preference. NTA has clearly said that only the Center will issue the NTA and candidates cannot make any choice in it.

To solve many FAQs of the candidates, NTA has clarified some questions.
Question- Can the option of exam center be changed?
answer- According to NTA, the exam center option will be given on the basis of permanent and current address entered during registration. Candidates from other countries can select any city in India or its surrounding countries.
Question- What will happen if JEE Main 2025 exam clashes with some other exam?
answer- There will be no change in the allotted exam date in case of clash with any national or state exam.
Question- Can candidates select exam dates and slots?
answer- No, candidates cannot change the exam date and computer slot.
Question- Will the exam center change after allotment of roll number? preference To Can be changed?
answer- No, the exam center or exam city cannot be changed under any circumstances.
Question- Is Aadhar card compulsory in exam?
answer- Aadhar card is optional, candidates can use any ID card for verification.
