The Border Security Force (BSF) has increased the number of posts for BSF Head Constable (Ministerial) and ASI Stenographer recruitment. At present, the number of 259 posts has been increased under this recruitment. Instead of 1526 posts released earlier, now 1760 posts will be recruited.

Educational qualification:
- For Assistant Sub Inspector, candidates must have passed 12th. Also there should be a stenographer skill.
- It is also necessary for the head constable to have 12th pass.
Physical Eligibility:
- The length of male candidates is 165 cm, sew 77 cm without inflating and 82 cm after inflating.
- Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha and Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Assam, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Leh-Ladakh, Kashmir Valley and ST category candidates should be 162.5 cm in length.
- The chest of ST category candidates should be 76 cm without inflating and 81 cm after inflating.
- The length of women candidates should be 155 cm.
- Garhwali, Kumaoni, Gorkha, Dogra, Maratha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Tripura, Assam, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Leh-Ladakh, Kashmir Valley and ST category candidates should be 150 cm in length.
Age limit:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum age: 25 years
- Under the government rules, the age limit will be given to the candidates of the reserved category.
Fee
- Candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 100.
- Women candidates, Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and eligible ex -servicemen for reservation have been exempted from payment of fees.

- Medical test
Salary:
- Head Costable (Ministeric): 25,500 – 81,100 rupees per month.
- ASI (Steno): 29,200 – 92,300 rupees per month.
