After a clean sweep in the ODI series, Sri Lanka also defeated Zimbabwe by 4 wickets. On Wednesday, Zimbabwe scored 175 runs losing 7 wickets in Harare. Sri Lanka achieved target by losing 6 wickets in 19.1 overs. Kamindu Mendis scored an important innings of 41 runs off 16 balls in the middle order.
Brian Bennett scored 81 from Zimbabwe In Harare, Sri Lanka won the toss and chose bowling. Zimbabwe lost the wicket of opener Tadivanashe Marumani in the third over, he was dismissed by 7 runs. Brian Bennett again brought the team score close to 60 with Sean Williams in Powerplay. Williams was dismissed for 14 runs in the sixth over.
