Preparation of just one month and three gold medals
Jyoti says that she was doing gym for fitness for a long time, but she started preparing for powerlifting just one month ago. Despite this, he participated in the competition and won the gold medal in three different events. She landed in the mix category, 63 kg weight category and the age group of 40 years. He topped every category by lifting 70 kg in dead lift, 75 kg in squat and 30 kg in bench press.

The original studying in the 11th also won the gold medal in the three events in the 63 kg weight category in the sub-junior category and wrote a success story with the mother shoulder to shoulder. For the first time, by participating in the competition, he proved that any goal can be achieved by hard work and dedication.

Started with first 20 kg, now travel up to 200 kg
Jyoti told that he and the original started practice with just 20 kg rod. But today they are capable of lifting weight up to 200 kg. When his fitness and strength improved, he decided to participate in powerlifting. She said that when the competition is near, they practice for five to six hours.
For the first time, used to pick up a 20 kg rod and now he is winning by picking 200 kg.
Mother-son’s strength became inspiration for each other
Jyoti told that he and his son are now family. She has separated due to the rift with her husband. But he did not give up. By dividing the time in morning teaching and evening training, he made himself completely fit and strong with his son. His hard work paid off and both of them created history by winning the gold medal in the first attempt.
