Indian captain Harmanpreet Kaur scored a century (102) in the last match of the ODI series played between the Indo-England women.
England captain Natalie Science has reached the top in the ICC Women’s rankings. He has secured first place by beating India’s Smriti Mandhana. Skver-bunt now has 731 rating points, while Mandhana has 728 points. This is the second time that she topped the square-bunt ODI rankings, before she was also at number-1 in 2023.
Skivor-Bunt has achieved this feat by scoring 98 runs in the last match of the three-match series against India in Durham. The all-rounder took over the innings after the opener was out early, although England lost by 13 runs and India won the series 2–1.

Harmanpreet benefits 10 places In the last ODI against England, India’s captain Harmanpreet Kaur played a brilliant and a century to win a match. He scored 102 runs in 84 balls. Jemima Rodrigues reached the 13th position up two places, while Richa Ghosh jumped at nine places to reach 39th position and secured a career best rating with 516 points.
Sophie Ecleston on top in bowlers England’s Sophie Ecleston is at the top in the ODI bowlers rankings. He took 5 wickets in 3 ODIs, including 3/27 figures in the second match. His rating increased to 795 and strengthened the top position.
In this series, India’s Kranti Gaur took the maximum 9 wickets. Charlie Dean of England took 4 wickets.
