Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2024 Tier-1 Result on December 5. Candidates shortlisted in Tier-1 exam will now appear in Tier-2. A total of 17,727 posts will be filled in Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ categories through this exam.
Such candidates who have been selected can visit the official website. ssc.gov.in You can view and download your scorecard on.
1,86,509 candidates qualified in Tier-2
This time a total of 1,86,509 candidates have qualified in SSC CGL Tier-1, these candidates will now give Tier-2 exam. The minimum qualifying marks for SSC CGL Tier 1 will be as follows:
- General Category: 30%
- OBC/EWS: 25%
- All other categories: 20%
SSC CGL Tier-2 exam will be conducted on 18, 19 and 20 January 2025.

Tier-1 exam is of 200 marks.
SSC CGL Tier-1 exam consists of 100 objective questions (MCQs). Which are divided into four sections. Means for General Intelligence & Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English. Each section had 25 questions of 50 marks, total paper is of 200 marks.
2 marks are given for every answer, while 0.5 marks are deducted for every wrong answer. This exam was of 60 minutes.
