1. Winter session of Parliament begins
The winter session of Parliament has started from 25 November. This session will continue till December 20. There will be 19 meetings in this session lasting 26 days. 16 bills including the Waqf Amendment Bill have been listed for this session.
Of the 16 bills included in the agenda, 5 are new, while the remaining 11 bills are already pending in the Lok Sabha or Rajya Sabha. PM Modi spoke to the media before the session.
2. Rishabh Pant became the most expensive player of IPL so far
The mega auction of the Indian Premier League 2025 started on November 24 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. 72 players were sold on the first day of the auction. In this, Team India’s Rishabh Pant was bought by Lucknow Super Giants for Rs 27 crores. With this, Pant became the most expensive player of IPL till date.
The 5 most expensive players of the auction were Indians. After Pant, Shreyas Iyer (26.75 crores) became the second most expensive player.

1. IBPS PO Mains Exam Admit Card Released
Institute of Banking Personal Selection has released the admit card for IBPS PO Mains exam. Candidates who have qualified for Mains can download their admit card by visiting ibps.in.
The exam is to be held on 30th November. With its help, recruitment is to be done on 4,445 PO and Management Trainee posts.
How to download IBPS PO Mains admit card
- IBPS official website Go to ibps.in.
- Find IBPS PO Mains Admit Card link.
- Enter the required details (registration number and password) on the new page.
- Enter the captcha code and click on ‘Log In’.
- Admit card will be on the screen, download it.
2. Last date for registration of JNV Lateral Entry Test tomorrow
Tomorrow is the last date for registration for Lateral Entry Test for classes 9 and 11 in Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya. Parents till tomorrow 26th November navodaya.gov.in Please complete the registration. Application correction will take place on 27th and 28th November. The entrance test will be conducted on 8 February.
