Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) has announced to appoint Satpal Bhanu on 8 June after the approval of the Financial Department, the company’s managing director and CEO’s Additional Incher appointment.
LIC said in a regulatory filing that he will continue in this post from the date of appointment to three months i.e. from September 7, 2025. In April 2023, Siddharth Mohanty has been appointed as the president of the firm.
Satpal Bhanu Business- also as a senior associate of marketing. He was also a zonal manager (Central Zone) and Zonal Training Center Head. Along with this, he was the member of the Governing Body of the National Insurance Academy and Insurance Institute of India for a long time.
He is also a member of LIC Board Bangladesh and is also a trustee of LIC Golden Jubilee Foundation. For his work, he received the Award for ‘Himachal Gaurav’ in Lahaul-Spiti, Himachal Pradesh.
