Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have released players replacements for the remaining matches of IPL 2025. Kolkata’s Rowman Powell has to undergo tounsils surgery, while Bangalore’s Lungi Engidi has to join the South African team for the preparations for the World Test Championship Final.
Shivam Shukla of MP has been included in the Kolkata team for Rs 30 lakh in place of Powell. While Bengaluru has added Zimbabwe’s main fast bowler Blessing Mujarbani to Rs 75 lakh in place of Angidi. Mujarbani will be seen playing in matches after May 26.
KKR Playf Race, RCB arrives in playoffs The KKR team is out of the playoff race this season, while RCB has entered the playoffs with Gujarat’s victory.
