Noida school student Radhika Ojha has been awarded the prestigious National Sports Excellence Community Trailblazer Award 2025. Radhika wishes to become a changemaker. This prestigious honor is given to those who have pioneered the new inclusive interactives that transfers communities.
Radhika has done an unprecedented job in promoting adaptive sports for Divyang athletes, which has emerged as a ray of hope and change.
The Community Trailblazer Award, especially recognizes the visionary people who move beyond traditional boundaries to promote equality, access and empowerment in sports. Radhika’s commitment to make the games really incorporated shows a powerful message that under the leadership of the youth, the grassroots efforts can bring changes across the country.

Radhika said, “The award is for those who are often ignored. Divyang athletes deserve the same platform and encouragement like any other player. I am really grateful to Stairs Foundation and Committee to recognize my efforts in the last few years.
Radhika has done unprecedented work in promoting adaptive sports for disabled athletes.
Emphasis on access and respect for all including Divyang
Radhika’s Journey Purpose is an example of driving leadership. He has balanced the impressive community service with his difficult international backloret studies. He has led several initiatives focused on sustainable development and social equality. Project relief is an important example among them.
Project providing sustainable and human architectural solutions to the disadvantaged communities in line with Radhika’s inclusive approach, emphasizing access and respect for all including Divyangs.

Society stops considering sports as unusual for disabled- Radhika
In the last 3-4 years, Radhika has consistently advocated the interests of the disabled players, which has more participation, access to resources and gives them emotional support. His work challenges the prevailing misconception that physical disability is equal to disability.
She says with enthusiasm- our society should stop watching sports as an unusual thing for the disabled. It should be common like any other sport. Their approach is clear- Adoptive Games should come in the mainstream, they should get strong institutional support and public recognition.
Radhika inspires Olympic Games
Taking inspiration from the principles of fairness and equal opportunity of the Olympic Games, Radhika imagines an India where disabled youth can fulfill their athletic dreams with pride and confidence.
Looking at the future, Radhika is determined to create a flexible, inclusive ecosystem for disabled athletes across the country within the next five years.
Their dreams include national and local policies that ensure inclusion, sports associations that prefer adaptation programs, and a society that celebrates athletic talent regardless of ability.
Beyond the Games, Radhika’s passion extends until astronomy and scientific exploration, which shows a multidimensional sense dedicated to both innovation and social change.
