The video of Priyanka Kadam, an officer posted in the MPPSC Excise Department, is going viral. In this video, she is seen dancing. Priyanka’s posting is done with Divyang quota and in her certificate she wrote that there is an orthopedic problem.
After the viral video, the National Educated Youth Union (Neyu) has made allegations of rigging in MPPSC 2022 recruitment. Priyanka is working as District Excise Officer. Since his video went viral, questions are being raised on his disabled and MPPSC’s recruitment process.

Priyanka Kadam said in an interview to a media house, she is from a normal family. His father was a laborer and mother used to work as stitching. She has reached here after working very hard.
He also stated that his disability is not permanent. Earlier she used to walk with the help of walker, then the stick, but now she does not need much to support. The bone of both his legs has deteriorated. Rods are put in them after surgery.

After this video of Priyanka Kadam, many of her videos are going viral on social media, in which she is seen dancing. In a video, she is dancing to the beat of the dhol. In the second video, she is seen dancing on the DJ floor.
Pooja Khedkar’s services were canceled due to fake certificate; Former trainee IAS said- UPSC has no right to remove me
On 7 September 2024, the Central Government served former Trainee IAS officer Pooja Khedkar with immediate effect from the Indian Administrative Service. This action against him was taken under Rule 12 of the IAS (Probation) Rules, 1954.
The Supreme Court today extended the ban on the arrest of former trainee IAS Pooja Khedkar on 14 February till March 17. The court stayed the arrest in the last hearing held on 15 January.
Pooja was 2023 batch trainee IAS
CSE-2022 got 841st rank. She was training since June 2024. He is accused that he gave wrong information related to himself in the Civil Service Exam 2022 to take advantage of the reservation.
The UPSC found Pooja guilty in his investigation. After this, the selection of Pooja was canceled on 31 July. Pooja was accused of age, wrong information of parents, changing identity and giving exams of civil services more often than the fixed limit. After the cancellation of the selection, the post of worship was taken away. They have been banned from giving any exam of UPSC in future.
On August 28, Pooja said in the Delhi High Court that UPSC has no right to take action against her. All my documents were verified by the Commission in Personality Test on 26 May 2022.
5 September: Pooja said- I ready to conduct an inquiry in AIIMS Pooja Khedkar’s interim bail plea was heard in the Delhi High Court. Pooja had told the court that she is ready to investigate her disability in AIIMS. On September 4, Delhi Police filed a new status report in the High Court stating that one of the two disability certificates submitted by Pooja in UPSC is suspected to be fake.
On this, Pooja said that I am ready to conduct my medical examination. First he said that I changed my name to the exam. Now they are saying that my disability is also doubted. So I am ready to go to AIIMS.
Justice Subramanian Prasad said that the police have sought 10 days time to conduct more investigation in the case, so the next hearing of the case will be held on 26 September. Till then Khedkar will continue to get relief from the arrest. Read full news …
September 4: Police files status report in High Court Delhi Police filed a new status report on Wednesday (4 September) in the Delhi High Court in the Pooja Khedkar case. It was told that we investigated the document submitted by UPSC.
It was revealed that Pooja Khedkar had submitted two disability certificates (multiple disability) during the Civil Services Examination-2022 and 2023, which was issued by the Medical Authority of Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, according to her (Pooja).
The police conducted both these certificates investigated by the Ahmednagar Medical Authority. The authority said- ‘According to the office record of our civil surgeon, this authority did not release the Disability Certificate (Multiple Disability) number MH261011900342407. Therefore, there is a possibility that this disability certificate has been made in a fake manner.
July 31: UPSC canceled the selection of worship on 31 July The UPSC had canceled the selection of Pooja on 31 July and also prohibited any exam in future. The UPSC found Pooja guilty of violation of the CSE-2022 rules after examining the documents. The commission had also filed a case with Delhi Police.
In this hearing, the Delhi High Court granted former IAS officer Pooja Khedkar interim bail from arrest. Justice Subramanian Prasad had said that the Delhi Police wants to file a new status report in the case, so the hearing of Khedkar’s interim bail plea is deferred till 5 September.
July 30: Pooja told the High Court- I am 47% Divyang On August 30, Pooja filed a reply in the Delhi High Court that it was necessary to have 40% of the candidate for reservation in UPSC examination. I am 47% Divyang. Therefore, in the UPSC exam, only my disabled category attams should be counted.
He had said that he has a certificate of Hospital in Maharashtra, in which he has been confirmed by the bursting of Old ACL (Antirier Cruciate Ligament) and volatility in the left knee. Pooja said that she has given 12 attams of Civil Services Examination. Of these, 7 attams are given from General category. Pooja appealed to ignore all the seven atampts of the general category.

Disputes related to Pooja’s Disability Certificate
- Pooja Khedkar’s address ‘plot number 53, Dehu Aladi Road, Talavade, Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune’ were written in the disability certificate. Whereas there is no house on this address, but a factory named Thermovarta Engineering Company. Pooja’s Audi which was seized was registered in the name of this company.
- Under government rules, Aadhaar card is mandatory for making disability certificate, but ration card was installed in the certificate of worship.
- Several disability certificates of Pooja have been revealed since the selection in UPSC from handicapped quota. Pooja Khedkar handed over 2 disabled certificates issued by Ahmednagar District Civil Hospital in 2018 and 2021 to UPSC.
- Pooja had taken an appointment several times for medical examination in Delhi to confirm her disability certificate, but later submitted a report in a private hospital to UPSC.
- Yashwant Rao Chavan Memorial (YCM) Hospital has made it clear that there was no mistake in making Pooja Khedkar’s locomometer certificate. In the certificate, Pooja was described as 7% locomometer disability. The hospital operates Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation.
- Pooja claimed in an affidavit to UPSC that she is mentally disabled and also has difficulty in seeing. Pooja had refused to give a medical test 6 times, while it is necessary to give medical tests.
- According to several media reports, Pooja’s first medical test was scheduled in Delhi AIIMS in April 2022. He refused to join it, citing Kovid being positive.
4 arguments of worship against UPSC action
- Under the All India Services Act, 1954 and Trainee Rules, only DOPT (Department of Personnel and Training) can take action, which is according to Rule 19 of the CSE 2022 Rules.
- There has been no change in his name or surname from 2012 to 2022, nor has he provided any wrong information about himself to UPSC.
- UPSC was identified through biometric data. The Commission has not found any document duplicate or fake.
- All other data including educational certificate, Aadhaar card, date of birth and personal information remain correct in the detailed application form (DAF).
UPSC had told- given Pooja 2 times, but the answer did not come
- Pooja broke the rules: UPSC said that a show cause notice (SCN) was issued on July 18 to give an examination of civil services more than the limit to change identity. It said that Pooja had to give her reply till 25 July, but she sought time till August 4 to gather the documents required for her reply. The Commission said, he was again given time till 3:30 pm on July 30, but he did not respond.
- Check 15,000 data, it was not known how many attampts Pooja gave: Due to the case of Khedkar, UPSC examined the data of more than 15,000 recorded candidates from 2009 to 2023. It was found that no other candidate other than him did not give more attention than the prescribed atampt under the CSE rules. Miss Pooja Manorama Dilip Khedkar’s case was the only case. Many times he had taken the exam not only by changing his name, but also his parents’ name, so UPSC’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) could not ascertain the number of his attams. UPSC is in the process of further strengthening its sop, so that such cases do not happen again in the future.
Red lights came to office from Audi car, threatening senior officer Pooja was taking training as a trainee officer in Pune. During this, he was accused of seeking facilities. A complaint was also reported that a senior officer captured the chamber. He installed a red light and a plate of ‘Maharashtra Government’ in his private Audi car.
Pune’s District Collector Suhas Diwase had complained against Pooja, after which her transfer was done. After this, when the case was investigated, it was found that he had also used fake documents to get selection in UPSC. After this, when the investigation started against him, many revelations were made.
