- Now Fresh Law Graduates will not be able to give judicial service Exam Supreme Court Orders

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court ruled that fresh law graduates will no longer be able to attend the Judicial Service Exams. The court ordered that candidates applying for entry level posts will be mandatory for at least 3 years advocacy.
The order was pronounced during a hearing on a petition filed by the All India Judges Association. Chief Justice B. R. A bench of Gawai and Justice Augustine George Christ said that the court room experience is very important for the posts of Judicial Level.
The bench said, “It has been observed in many high courts that the appointments of fresh law graduates have created difficulties. Practical experience is very important to maintain Judicial Efficiency.
3 -year courtroom experience required
The bench said that from now on, the aspirates sitting in the Judicial Service Examination for the posts of Entry Level will require at least 3 years of experience.
Complaint was made about recruitment of fresh graduates
The All India Judges Association had complained to the Supreme Court that fresh graduates were having problems due to lack of courtroom working. Till now most of the states allowed the State Judicial Service to sit in the exam immediately after the law degree. This includes UP PCS (J), MP Civil Judge Class II, Rajasthan Judicial Service, Bihar Judicial Service.
