India’s star Javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra said on Thursday that he and Arshad Nadeem were never close friends. Neeraj said on the eve of Doha Diamond League- After the terrorist attack on April 22, things between India and Pakistan will not remain the same. Neeraj Chopra will start his Diamond League campaign on 16 May. He will have an event at 10:15 pm.

Neeraj said on the question of friendship with Arshad Nadeem-
First of all I would like to clarify that I (with Nadeem) is not a very strong relationship. We were never close friends. But, due to this reason (tension on the Indo-Pak border), the conversation between us will no longer be the same as before. But if someone talks to me with respect, then I also talk with respect.
