The 3-match ODI series between India and West Indies women’s cricket teams is going to start from December 22 at the Kotambi International Stadium near Vadodara. These 3 matches will be played on 22 December, 24 December and 27 December. Kotambi International Stadium is ready for this. Currently, testing of flood lights of the stadium is going on before the international match. During testing, the drone camera showed a spectacular view of the stadium illuminated with flood lights at night. The stadium also has 35 luxury boxes giving the stadium a seating capacity of over 32,000. Besides, 35 corporate (luxury) boxes have also been prepared here. Private companies, businessmen and other people can book them on contract for 10 to 15 years. There is seating arrangement for 20 people including sofa in one box. Apart from this, the country’s largest dressing room for the players and a special room for the match officials have also been prepared in the stadium. Also included are match referee room, umpire room, analyst room, special room for anti-corruption union and special room for commentators. Apart from this, first aid room has also been arranged here. VIP will be welcomed in a different style. Kotambi Stadium has an amazing flood light system. If a VIP enters the stadium during the match, his name along with WELCOME will be visible on the flood lights. This is the second stadium in India equipped with DMX system. Apart from Vadodara, DMX system is in Reliance Stadium of Mumbai. 400 LED bulbs installed in 4 big flood lights. For the day-night match, 4 big flood lights have been installed here, in which 400 LED bulbs are installed. These can be turned on and off instantly. Three generators have been installed for these lights, out of which two generators will be on continuously and one will be on standby. There is not just one ground here, but 3 cricket grounds. Out of which 2 grounds have been ready and one ground is under construction. There is a main ground here, where international matches will be played. Ranji Trophy matches will be played in the second ground.
