The girl living in Jaipur has filed a case at Sanganer Sadar police station in Jaipur that Yash raped for two years by pretending to make a career in cricket and blackmail.
Earlier on July 8, a girl from Ghaziabad in UP also accused Yash of raping Yash by pretending to marry. In this case, Yash was relieved from the Allahabad High Court.
SHO Anil Jamon told that the girl from Jaipur came in contact with Yash Dayal while playing cricket. It is alleged that when she was a minor about 2 years ago, she raped her by pretending to make a career in cricket. Taking advantage of the dreams of making career, the accused continued to rape her.
SHO said that Yash Dayal, who came to Jaipur during the IPL-2025 match, called and raped a hotel in Sitapura and again raped. Troubled by emotional blackmail and persistent exploitation, the victim filed a case on 23 July. When the girl was a 17 -year -old minor, she was raped for the first time. In such a situation, the police have registered an FIR under the Poxo Act.
Yash Dayal has been a part of the Royal Challengers Bangalore to win the IPL for the first time. RCB won the title on 3 June defeating PBKs.
Allahabad High Court said on the allegations of the woman of Ghaziabad- one or two days can be fooled, not 5 years
The Allahabad High Court has stayed the arrest of cricketer Yash Dayal in the case registered on the allegations of Ghaziabad woman. The court said- You can be fooled for one day, two days. But no one can be fooled in a 5 -year relationship. Yash Dayal filed a petition against the FIR of sexual harassment.
A division bench of Justice Siddharth Verma and Anil Kumar heard. The High Court has issued a notice to the opposition party in this case seeking an answer. The cricketer has been accused of sexual abuse by a young woman by pretending to be married. According to the complainant, the two met about five years ago.
An FIR was registered against 27 -year -old Dayal under Section 69 (deception of deception) at Indirapuram police station in Ghaziabad on 6 July.

Yash Dayal sent a reply to the Ghaziabad police on July 8, a day after the FIR on himself. In response to one and a half page, I wrote- I had only friendship with the girl. Apart from this, there were no relations. There was no promise of marriage, nor was there any talk of marriage.

Yash made a physical relationship with me by making false promises of marriage. I introduced me to my family.
He gave me the same status as daughter -in -law. I followed this relationship with full truth and dedication, but the truth was that they used this relationship only for physical and emotional exploitation. Whenever I talked about Yash’s deception and connection with other girls, they committed physical violence with me.
Then apologized to me, but this behavior broke me emotionally. My confidence weakened. He made me economically and mentally depended on him.

Woman said- I tried suicide many times
I was in depression for a long time. I also got my treatment, but it has become difficult to live a normal life. I also tried suicide many times because I am not able to withstand the mental pen, but Yash and his family kept giving false consolation that you will come and keep in this house.
The victim wrote in the FIR- I also came to know that Yash was also in a relationship with other girls while staying with me. Knowing this, there was a deep mental trauma. I broke completely. I barely handled myself. I left everything on the justice of God.
But after knowing all the truth, I became necessary to fight for truth and self -respect. I am not just asking for justice. My voice should be heard. When the system stands with the truth, every silent girl gets strength. I also have the necessary evidence (chat, video, call photo), which show our relationship. I am ready to show them.
Yash Dayal remained in controversy before Yash Dayal set anti -Muslim story on his Instagram account 2 years ago. He deleted the story as the dispute increased. Later Dayal had said in clarification- ‘2 stories were posted from my Instagram account, but I would like to tell that both the stories I did not post.’
