India Women’s team will play 3 ODIs against Ireland in January next year.
After the T20 World Cup, BCCI has arranged a series with two more teams for the India Women’s team. The team will now play white ball series against West Indies in December and against Ireland in January next year.
India had earlier won the 3-ODI series 2-1 against T-20 World Champion New Zealand. 9 matches against West Indies and Ireland will start from 15 December and continue till 15 January.
Series of both formats against West Indies India Women’s team has to play 3 ODI and 3 T-20 series against West Indies. 3 T20s will be held in Navi Mumbai on 15, 17 and 19 December. All matches will start at 7 pm. Whereas 3 ODIs will be held in Baroda on 22, 24 and 27 December. 2 matches will start at 1:30 pm, while the last match will start at 9:30 am.
3 ODIs from Ireland next year After West Indies, Team India will play 3 ODIs against Ireland. All three matches will start at 11 pm in Rajkot. The matches will be played on 10, 12 and 15 January.
Defeated New Zealand after the World Cup Team India could not cross the group stage of the Women’s T20 World Cup. The team had to face defeats against New Zealand and Australia. After which the team could not even enter the semi-finals. After the tournament, India played 3 ODIs against New Zealand in Ahmedabad. The series went to India 2-1.
After the T20 World Cup, India defeated New Zealand 2-1 in the ODI series.
ODI World Cup also in 2025 Women’s ODI World Cup is also to be held in India in 2025. The tournament will be played in round robin format between September and October. Only 8 teams including India will participate in this. Australia is the defending champion of the tournament and is also the team that has won the title 7 times.
