Dileep will accompany the Indian team on England tour next month.
T Dileep has again been appointed the fielding coach of Team India. According to Cricbuzz report, he has received a one -year contract. He will accompany the Indian team on the England tour next month. However, no statement has come from BCCI about this.
The coaching staff was changed last month after India’s poor performance against Australia, in which Dileep was also removed. After this, Dileep’s work was to be seen as assistant coach Ryan Ten Deskate.
According to the report, at the request of Rohit Sharma, BCCI has called Dilip back. Sources say that Rohit personally requested Gambhir to maintain Dileep despite declaration of retirement from Test cricket. Ryan Ten Deskatte, who was initially expected to replace him, will remain as an assistant coach.
