Jasprit Bumrah has so far taken 30 wickets in the four opening matches of the Border Gavaskar Trophy.
Indian fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah became the first Indian to get 907 rating points in the ICC Test bowling rankings. He had equaled Ravichandran Ashwin’s record last week with a rating of 904. Ashwin had received so many rating points in December 2016.
On the other hand, Yashasvi Jaiswal has climbed one place in the ICC Men’s Test Batting Rankings and achieved the best ranking of his career. He has reached number-5.
Rabada at second place in bowling ranking Bumrah has so far taken 30 wickets in the four opening matches of the Border Gavaskar Trophy. He remains on top in the test rankings. Australia’s Josh Hazlewood (843) is currently in second place and Australian captain Pat Cummins (837) is in third place.
Yashasvi Jaiswal gained one place Indian opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, who scored half-centuries in both the innings in Melbourne, has reached fourth place with 854 points. He left Australia’s Travis Head behind. England’s Joe Root remains in first place.
Yashasvi Jaiswal had scored 82 runs in the first innings of Melbourne Test and 84 runs in the second innings.
Jadeja remains on top in Test all-rounder rankings Ravindra Jadeja continues to top the Test all-rounder rankings. Australian captain Pat Cummins has gained four places. He has reached third place.
