The International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced a price money for the Champions Trophy 2025 on Friday. The Champions Trophy in Pakistan is going to start from 19 February. Eight countries will participate in it.

The champion of this edition will get Rs 19.46 crore ($ 2.24 million) and runner -up to Rs 9.72 crore ($ 1.12 million). At the same time, about 4.86 crore rupees will be given to both the semi -final losing teams. The total prize money of the Champions Trophy is 59.93 crores, which is 53% higher than in 2017.

Reserve Day is also kept for the second semi -finals and finals. The group match between India and Pakistan will be held in Dubai on 23 February.

If India reaches the final, then this match will also be in Dubai. While the remaining 10 matches of the tournament will be held in Pakistan. The Champions Trophy is going to take place after 8 years, in 2017, Pakistan won the title by defeating India for the last time.

India will start a campaign against Bangladesh India is in Group-A. The team’s group consists of Pakistan, Bangladesh and New Zealand. The second group consists of Australia, England, South Africa and Afghanistan. There will be 2 semi -finals on 4 and 5 March, while the finals will be played on 9 March.
