Educational qualification:
Four years of graduation and post graduation degrees in engineering, technology, computer science, computer application, information technology, electronics, electronics and telecommunications etc. from a recognized institute.

- Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes: 5 years exemption
- OBC: 3 years discount
