Royal Challengers Bangalore won the first match of the season at their homeground Chinnaswamy Stadium. The team defeated Rajasthan Royals by 11 runs. Josh Hazlewood spent only 1 run in the 19th over, he overturned the match with 2 wickets in this over. Hazelwood took 4 wickets for 33 runs.
