Only 18 coaches from all over the world were selected in this Centralized Course, held in Dubai for the first time. Nitesh not only joined this global selection, but also successfully passed it. The result of this course has recently been released. Nitesh said that he is the only coach in India who has both NSNIS diploma (one -year coaching degree) and BWF level 3 certificates.

Preparing Lithuania team for Olympics Nitesh Yadav is currently the head coach of Lithuania’s National Badminton Team (Adults and Under-19). He is preparing for the Los Angeles Olympic 2028 along with the Lithuania Sports Ministry, Wilneyus Municipality, and Capital Badminton Club.

Two youth won the championship Nitesh said that after his coaching, two young players Jawaliyuskate (15 years) and Jorune Year (16 years) qualified for Adults European Badminton Championship 2025. The youngest became the youngest player who participated in this tournament. Under his guidance, Lithuanian players have won several junior international tournaments and have also won medals at adult levels.
