In such a situation, Hardik could not play in the match against Chennai Super Kings on March 23, the first match of Mumbai. New rules of slow over rate in IPL In the IPL-2025, the captains will no longer be banned from the match for the slow over rate, but the demerit points will be added to their account, which will be for three years. On the offense of the level 1, 25 to 75 percent of the match fees will be fined and demerit points. There will be 4 demerit points directly on the serious crime of Level 2.
