A total of 28 league matches and 3 knockouts will be played in the tournament. These matches will be held in Bangalore, Indore, Guwahati, Visakhapatnam and Colombo. The first semi -finals will be on 29 October in Guwahati or Colombo (it will depend on Pakistan’s qualifying) and the second semi -final will be in Bengaluru on 30 October. At the same time, the grand final will be played on 2 November in Bengaluru or Colombo.
Defending champion Australia will play the first match in Indore The current champion Australia will launch its campaign against New Zealand at Holkar Stadium in Indore on 1 October. After this, on 8 October, the team will take on Pakistan in Colombo. At the same time, the exciting match between Australia and England will be played in Indore on 22 October.
This will be the second time that the Indore will host the Women’s ODI World Cup. Earlier in 1997, Indore also got a match of this tournament. All matches will be played from 3 pm.
