High Court Justice Sudesh Bansal was heard in the court in Jaipur. He said- The matter is related to a minor, so he cannot give a stay.
The court summoned the case diary in the case and fixed the hearing on 22 August. At the same time, during the debate, the cricketer’s lawyer said that a gang is active, which is implicating them.
Ghaziabad cases were banned- lawyer
Cricketer’s lawyer Kunal Jamon said- A girl had registered a case of rape against us in Ghaziabad too. Which was stayed by the Allahabad High Court.
But 7 days after that, another girl in Jaipur registered a case. The entire gang is active in this case. Who wants to blackmail by registering such cases.
The girl came into contact 2 years ago
Sanganer Sho Anil Jamon told- Jaipur girl came in contact with Yash Dayal while playing cricket. It is alleged that when she was a minor about 2 years ago, Yash raped her by pretending to make a career in cricket.
Zaiman told that- Yash Dayal, who came to Jaipur even during the IPL-2025 match, called the girl and raped her again at a hotel in Sitapura.
When the girl was 17 years old, she was raped for the first time. In such a situation, the police have registered an FIR under the Poxo Act.
Yash Dayal remained in controversy before
Yash Dayal set anti -Muslim story on his Instagram account 2 years ago. He deleted the story as the dispute increased.
Later Dayal had said in clarification- ‘2 stories were posted from my Instagram account, but I would like to tell that both the stories I did not post.’
