Students are protesting in many districts of Bihar demanding re-conduct of BPSC preliminary examination.
The protest of the candidates is going on for 13 days demanding the cancellation of the 70th preliminary examination of Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC). On Monday, a delegation of candidates met Chief Secretary Amritlal Meena.

After meeting the Chief Secretary, the candidate said – ‘We have placed our demands before the CS. He said that appropriate action will be taken. Regarding the movement, the candidates said that until the re-exam is not announced, our protest will continue.
Here, Left and RJD have stopped trains in Arrah and Darbhanga in support of the candidates. The workers of the student organization stood on the engine and raised slogans against the government and demanded re-exam.
Bihar Sampark Kranti train remained stopped for 1 hour in Darbhanga during the demonstration on the railway track. Buxar-Patna passenger train was stopped for 10 minutes at Arrah. After this, the police removed the protesters and got the train dispatched.
Student organizations have demonstrated by blocking roads in Arrah, Bettiah, Siwan, Begusarai, Buxar and Samastipur. The protesters blocked the Samastipur-Patna road. Many vehicles got stuck due to the jam. After 3 hours the police got the jam cleared. All India Students Association (AISA) and Inquilabi Naujawan Sabha (RYA) are involved in this demonstration.

In Samastipur, student organizations blocked the Samastipur-Patna road.
The protesters also blocked Arrah bus stand. Many vehicles got stuck due to this.

Independent MP from Purnia Pappu Yadav met the Governor on Monday regarding the demands of the candidates.
Police did lathi charge during CM House march on Sunday Student Parliament was held at Gandhi Maidan on Sunday. There was lathicharge on the candidates moving towards the CM residence. An FIR has been registered against 21 named and 600 unidentified people including Prashant Kishor, his party Jansuraj President Manoj Bharti, former IPS officer Anand Mishra, coaching director Rahmanshu Mishra regarding the protest on Sunday.
Students are still adamant on the demand for re-exam. The injured candidate said that the police had beaten him a lot. There will be no conversation now. Our agitation will end only after the examination is cancelled.
Meanwhile, Prashant Kishore reached Gardnibagh late on Sunday night to meet the BPSC candidates. He said, ‘You ask for blankets from us and you are taking leadership from us.’ After this the candidates got angry. The candidates said- ‘You go away from here. Why have you come after getting beaten?
On Saturday, Prashant Kishore had said, ‘If the police lathicharges, I will be the first to be lathicharged.’ However, they left on Sunday before the lathicharge. The candidates raised slogans of PK go back. There was also a heated debate between Prashant Kishor and the candidates.
PK said- Some policemen are becoming heroes
On Monday, Prashant Kishore gave clarification in a press conference. He said, ‘We will also file an FIR against Patna Police. Will also take it to court. Human Rights will also take them to the police. Patna Police has some officers who are fond of becoming heroes.
Prashant Kishore said, ‘When I left JP Golambar. After 45 minutes, I got the information that the police first used water cannon and then lathicharged the students. I want to clear you that Prashant Kishor has not moved away from there. After Prashant Kishor moved away, the police resorted to lathi charge. As long as we are there, our full force will not spare those who lathicharged the students.
PK said, ‘If this matter is not resolved by January 2, I will continue to sit on strike. Whatever the children say, it will not make any difference to me. Nor do I feel bad about anything.
On Sunday, the police had used lathicharge and water cannon on the candidates.
Police detained 12 candidates including coaching operator Rahmanshu during the lathi charge. At the same time, the health of a candidate deteriorated, who was immediately admitted to the hospital by the police.
After this, on the instructions of the district administration, FIR has been registered against 21 named and 600 unidentified persons including Prashant Kishore. These include Jansuraj President Manoj Bharti, Coaching Director Rehmanshu Mishra, Sujit Kumar, Subhash Kumar Thakur, Shubham Snehil, RK Mishra, two bouncers of Prashant Kishore.
Pappu Yadav met injured candidates Here on Sunday night, Purnia MP Pappu Yadav went to PMCH and met the candidates injured in the lathi charge. Where he warned the students against Prashant Kishor and said that ‘I have explained many times that politics should not be done.’
He told the students that ‘I had forbidden you people and had also messaged you not to go, Prashant Kishor will end the movement. If you fight a long battle, you will win. If you cut the fight short, you will lose. Should not have left Gardnibagh at all.
On Sunday night, Purnia MP Pappu Yadav went to PMCH and met the candidates injured in the lathicharge.
