Apart from Yashveer Singh, a resident of village Devsar, Olympic winners Neeraj Chopra and Sachin Yadav will also represent India in this championship. With the achievement of Yashveer, there is an atmosphere of happiness and enthusiasm not only in the village Devsar, but in the entire district.
Dr. Rajkumar Devsar told that this journey of Yashveer is not only the result of his hard work, but also the story of his father Rai Singh’s dreams and guidance. Rai Singh, a national medalist and a player of spear throw himself, also won his son in the same game. He became the first and most important coach of Yashveer. Yashveer has also proved his ability in many competitions earlier.
He showed his superiority by throwing an 82.57 meter spear at the Asian Athletics Championship in May 2025. He won a gold medal in Uzbekistan in June 2025. Now we will participate in the 20th World Athletics Championship to be held in Tokyo from September 13 to 21.
