The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) is soon to bring a guideline on the Victory Celebration in the IPL. On June 4, 11 people were killed in RCB’s IPL Victory Celebration in Bengaluru, due to which there is now pressure on BCCI to make guidelines.
