The Central Government launched the ‘Child Marriage Free India’ national campaign on 27 November in New Delhi. The aim of this campaign is to make the country a child marriage free nation. During the programme, Annapurna Devi also unveiled the Child Marriage Free India Portal. This online platform has been developed for the campaign to raise awareness, prevent child marriage and register incidents of child marriage. This national campaign is inspired by the success of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s flagship scheme ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ launched on January 22, 2015.

Border Security Force (BSF) has issued recruitment notification for 275 posts. The application for this recruitment is being started from 1st December. After the start of the application, candidates can apply by visiting the official website bsf.gov.in.

1. Center approves One Nation One Subscription

The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday, November 25 approved the ‘One Nation One Subscription’ (ONOS) scheme. After this scheme, researchers of the country will not need to wander for research papers. These research papers will be available at one place in e-journals.

The process of admission for nursery, KG and first class is starting in private schools of Delhi from 28th November. In this, 25% seats are reserved for EWS i.e. Economically Weaker Section and disabled children. The age of the child should be 3 years for admission in nursery, 4 years for KG and 5 years for first class. Parents can use ration card, residence certificate, voter ID card, electricity bill or Aadhar card for proof of residence.

3. Final result of BPSC 69th recruitment released

Bihar Public Service Commission i.e. BPSC has released the result of 69th Combined Competitive Examination on Tuesday. 470 candidates have been successful in this.
