There is recruitment for the posts of Probationary Officer in State Bank of India (SBI). The application process for this recruitment has started from today i.e. 27th December. Out of this, 586 posts are reserved for regular and 14 posts are reserved for backlog.
Candidates can apply by visiting the official website sbi.co.in. The prelims exam for these posts will be held on March 8 and 15.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation degree in any stream from a recognized university/institute.
- Candidates who are in the final year/semester of graduation can also apply for this recruitment.
Age Limit:
- 21 – 30 years
- Reserve category will be given relaxation in upper age limit as per government rules.
- Age will be calculated as on 1st April 2024.
Fees:
- General: Rs 750
- SC, ST : Free
Selection Process:

Salary :
Rs 48,480 – 85,920 per month
Exam Pattern:
Prelims Exam:
- The exam will be of 100 marks.
- In this, 40 questions will be asked from English Language, 30 questions from Quantitative Aptitude and 30 questions from Reasoning Ability.
- 1 hour will be given to solve the paper.
Mains Exam:
- In this, 40 questions will be asked from Reasoning and Computer Aptitude.
- 30 questions will be asked from Data Analysis and Interpretation and 60 questions will be asked from General Awareness/Economy/Banking Knowledge. There will be 20 questions asked from English language.
- Total marks in the exam will be 200. 3 hours will be given to solve the paper.
