Consortium of National Law Universities has released CLAT 2025 calendar for admission to graduation and post graduation programmes. Students who appeared for the exam on December 1, 2024, can check the complete admission program here.
Seat allotment will start from December 11
CLAT 2025 admission will be held in five rounds. Students can register for the counseling round from December 11, 2024. Allotment results will be released on the basis of registration and candidates numbers.
After allotment, all the necessary documents and certificates will be required for the students for admission.
The exam was held on 1 December
The Consortium of National Law Universities had conducted the CLAT exam on December 1, 2024. Its admit card was released on November 15, 2024.
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 was taken offline on December 1, 2024, in a single shift from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. This examination is conducted for admission to graduation and post graduation programs in 24 National Law Universities across the country.
Registrations started on 15th July 2024
CLAT 2025 registration notification has been released. The CLAT registration process was started by the Consortium of National Law University (CNLU) from July 15, 2024. This is a national level examination which is conducted for admission to Bachelors and Masters level law courses.
Educational Qualification for CLAT UG
general category
Minimum 45% marks in 12th
SC/ST/PWD category
- Minimum 40% in 12th
- Students appearing in the 12th exam in 2025 will also be eligible for this.
Educational Qualification for CLAT PG
general category
- Minimum 50% marks in LLB
SC/ST/PWD Category
- Minimum 45% marks in LLB
- Last year students of LLB i.e. students appearing in the last year in April-May will also be eligible for this.
CLAT UG Exam Pattern CLAT UG will have MCQs i.e. multiple-option questions of 150 marks. The candidate will be given 1 mark for the correct answer while 0.25 marks will be deducted for the wrong answers. The exam will be of total 2 hours.
