Amazon has announced vacancy for the post of Process Assistant for Uttar Pradesh location. Candidates without any experience can also apply for this.
Role and Responsibility:
- Manage and guide floor operations.
- Working closely with the Center Manager.
- Operating delivery station processes.
- Deciding the number of employees in the delivery team and managing the team together.
- For good management, identify the shortcomings of the employees and give them guidance related to operations.
- Continuously improving the delivery process and improving delivery performance.
Required skills:
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office product operation experience
- must have passed high school
- Flexible schedule/shifts/work area, able to work day and night shifts
- Work 40 hours a week with the ability to work overtime if needed.
Preferred Qualification:
- Have 1+ years of knowledge of Amazon FC operations.
