The BCCI has made changes in the 2025 International Home season and the venue for South Africa A India tour. Team India will play the series from West Indies and South Africa between October and December. The 2 Test series between India and West Indies will be held in October. Whereas Team India will play 2 Tests, 3 ODIs and 5 T20 series against South Africa in November-December.

The Test series against the West Indies will begin in Ahmedabad from 2 October. The second Test which was to be held in Kolkata earlier will now be played at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi.

Meanwhile, the first Test against South Africa starting on November 14 has been shifted from New Delhi to Eden Gardens in Kolkata.

2 Tests in Ahmedabad and Delhi against West Indies Team India’s home season will begin with a 2 -Test series against the West Indies. From October 2, the first Test will be played between the two teams at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. The second Test was to be played in Kolkata from October 10, but now it will be played in Delhi.

The 2 Tests against the West Indies are part of the World Test Championship (WTC). After this, Team India will play 3 ODI series in Australia from 19 to 25 October. Then from 29 October to 8 November, there will also be a 5 T20 series in Australia.

The first Test from South Africa shifted from Delhi to Kolkata After returning from Australia, Team India has to play a series of three formats against South Africa. The first Test in Kolkata will start from November 18 and the second Test in Guwahati from 26 November. The first Test was to be played in Delhi first. For the first time at Barsapara Stadium, there will be an international match with a red ball. Earlier, 12 International matches of ODI and T20 have been played here.

There will be 3 ODIs between the two teams from 30 November to 6 December. They have been hosted by Ranchi, Raipur and Wizag. Both teams will play 5 T20s from 9 to 19 December. They have been hosted by Cuttack, Mullanpur, Dharamshala, Lucknow and Ahmedabad.

India A matches will now be played in Rajkot Two multi-day and three ODI matches will be played between India A and South Africa A from 30 October. Multi-day matches will be held at BCCI Center of Excellence (COE) in Bengaluru. Three ODIs which were first to be played at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore have now been shifted to the Saurashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Rajkot.

Women’s series matches were also shifted This season the Indian Women’s team has to play a home series against Australia Women’s. Its matches have also been shifted. Its first two ODIs were to be played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Which will now be at the PCA Stadium in New Chandigarh. While the third and final ODI will be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi. MA Chidambaram Stadium is undergoing outfield and renovation of pitches.
