  • Ashtalakshmi Festival was organized in December 2024 to promote economic opportunity in areas such as North-East handicrafts, agricultural products and tourism.

1. Supreme Court’s Rajasthan government reprimanded in students suicide case

Today, on 23 May, the student suicide case was heard in the Supreme Court. During this period, the Supreme Court also described the cases of students suicide in Kota as serious and reprimanded the Rajasthan government.

A bench of Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice R. Mahadevan in the Supreme Court said, “So far this year, 14 students have committed suicide in Kota. What are you doing about it as a state? Why are students committing suicide in Kota itself? This action on university administration is taking place due to non -compliance of the US government’s instructions. Indeed, Harvard is accused of promoting violence in campus, promoting anti-Jewish spirit and creating a synergy with the Communist Party of China.

3. Result of military school entrance exam released

The National Testing Agency i.e. NTA has released the result of All India Sainik School Entrance Test (AISSEE). Students who attended this entrance test can check the results by visiting its official website exam.nta.ac.in/aissee/. To log in, you can check the result using the application number and date of birth.

The All India Sainik School Entrance Examination was held on 5 April 2025. The exam for class 6th was conducted from 2 pm to 4.30 pm and for class 9th from 2 pm to 5 pm.
