Former India spinner Harbhajan Singh has congratulated Punjab’s young cricketers Vihan Malhotra, Rahul Kumar and Anmoljit Singh on being elected to India’s Under-19 team for the upcoming England tour. The three have been included in the team led by Ayush Mhatre.
