BCCI made this proposal at a meeting with Sports Minister Mansukh Mandavia on Thursday on Thursday. 58 members of the corporate world participated in this meeting.
A source of the Sports Ministry said- ‘This meeting, organized to decide the participation of the corporate world for the development of Olympic sports, proposes to open Olympic centers on the lines of Japan in the country. In this, BCCI Vice President Rajiv Shukla said that the board is ready to take up the responsibility of two-three sports and this ministry will decide which those sports will be.
