The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has posted the Chartered Accountant Final, Intermediate and Post Qualification Course (PQC) exam to be held in May.

Along with this, the date of the papers of International Taxation – Assessment Test (IntT AT) has also been changed. After the sindoor operation on May 7, ICAI took this decision in view of the tense situation in the country.

These exams were going to be held today i.e. May 9. ICAI announced the postponement of examinations and said that the new dates will be announced at the right time. Candidates stay connected with the official website – icai.org for the next update.

According to the ICAI CA Final and Inter Schedule, the CA final examination was held on 2, 4 and 6 May 2025. At the same time, CA Intermediate Group I examinations were held on 3, 5 and 7 May.

Foundation course exams will be the same as before

However, the examinations of ICAI CA Foundation Course have not been postponed. The final exam of ICAI CA May 2025 will be held on 15, 17, 19 and 21 May.

The May 2025 examinations are also being held in nine foreign cities – Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Thimpu (Bhutan), Doha, Dubai, Kathmandu (Nepal), Kuwait, Muscat and Riyadh (Empire of Saudi Arabia).

There will also be an option to select English or Hindi medium to answer the candidates of Foundation, Intermediate and Final Exams. However, the medium of Post Qualification Course – International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT -AT) exam will be only English.

The exam calendar was released on 14 February

The CMA June 2025 exam calendar was released by the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. Accordingly, the CMA Foundation exam is to be held on 14 June 2025.

The CMA Foundation exam will be in two shifts. The first shift will be from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be from 2 pm to 4 pm.

It will have 50 multiple choice questions and will be of 100 marks. Its result will be declared on 8 July.
