QS World Subject Vice Ranking 2025 has been released. 9 Higher Educational Institutes of India have made it to the top 50. This year, the rank of 3 IITs, 2 IIMS and JNU of the country has declined.

IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur have got the 28th and 45th position in the list of Engineering Mineral and Mining Vegetables. However, the position of these two has declined by the ranking of last year.

IIT Delhi, IIT Bombay’s ranking improved

IIT Delhi and IIT Bombay, who were at the 45th position in Engineering and Technology last year, have improved to 26th and 28th this year. Both these institutes have also improved their ranking in Engineering Electrical and Electronics and have made it to the top 50.

IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bengaluru have made it to the top 50 this year in Business and Management Studies. However, his ranking has fallen since last year. IIM Ahmedabad has reached from 22nd to 27th, while IIM Bengaluru has reached 32nd to 40th.

IIT Madras in Petroleum Engineering and JNU in Development and Labor Studies have made it to the top 50, but the ranking has deteriorated since last year.

79 universities of India in ranking

79 universities in India have got a place in the subject vice rankings this year, which is 10 more than the previous year. This time universities of India have been included in a total of 533 times, which is 25.7% more than last year.

India is at number 5 this year in terms of new entries. Only more new universities from China, America, UK, and Korea have joined the list. India is at number 12 in terms of total entries.

Computer science and information systems in India remain the most popular subject. In this subject, India’s entries have increased from 28 to 42, making it at number four in the world. In this subject, America (119), UK (62) and China (58) are ahead of India.
