General Awareness and General Study examination will be conducted by the Commission on the first day on 17th November. In the common paper only, 1 lakh 12 thousand 968 candidates will appear for the exam simultaneously. It will be known on the very first day how many candidates will participate in the recruitment examination. After that it will be decided how many candidates will be left in the race for a post in the upcoming phases.

The examination of common paper will be conducted by the Commission at 5 divisional district headquarters of the state including Ajmer, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota and Udaipur.

10 minutes extra time will be given

Candidates will be given additional time of 10 minutes to fill the fifth option. The examination of General Awareness and General Study subject will be conducted on November 17 from 10 to 11:30 am.

The examinations of optional subjects will be taken in two shifts from 18th to 21st November. Entry will be allowed at the examination center only 60 minutes before the start of the examination. Candidates will have to appear at the examination center with original photo identity card for identification.

The number of candidates will be less in the papers from 18th to 21st November.

Control room has been started by the Commission. The control room is also operational in the Commission. The control rooms at the Commission and district headquarters will remain operational till the end of the examination. The Commission will conduct the common paper examination at a total of 353 centers across the state including Ajmer.

1 lakh 12 thousand 968 candidates will participate in it. The maximum number of examination centers 183 have been set up in Jaipur. In Jaipur itself, maximum of more than 67 thousand candidates will appear for the exam.

Holidays at centers where exams are held

Papers for various subjects will be started by the Commission from Monday. The examination of these papers, which will last till 21, will be held in Jaipur and Ajmer. Examination centers have been set up in colleges and schools for this examination of the Commission.

After the letter of the Commission, the College Commissioner of College Education has declared a holiday in those colleges in which the examination will be held. Similarly, the Director of Education has also declared holiday at the examination centers of schools.

Entry will be available one hour earlier

Any candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center only 60 minutes before the commencement of the examination. After this, no candidate will be allowed to enter the examination centre. Therefore, on the day of examination, candidates must be present at the examination centers well before the scheduled commencement of the examination so that the security check and identification work can be completed on time. If you come late, you may be debarred from appearing in the examination due to time taken in search.

Identification with photo is required

Candidates will have to appear at the examination center with the original Aadhar Card (coloured print) for identification. If the photo on the original Aadhar Card is old or illegible, then appear at the examination center with other original photo identity proof such as Voter ID, Passport, Driving License having a colored and latest clear photo.

Along with this, candidates should also ensure to paste the latest color photograph on the admit card. In the absence of a clear original photo identity card, entry into the examination center will not be allowed. Candidates must read the necessary instructions issued along with the admit card.

Don’t get misled – Commission

Candidates appearing in the examination conducted by the Commission should not be misled by any broker, mediator, social scoundrel or criminal. If someone demands bribe or gives any other inducement or bluff in the name of passing the examination, then inform the investigating agency and commission control room number 0145-2635200, 2635212 and 2635255 in this regard along with proof.
