Candidates have once again hit the road on February 17, demanding the cancellation of BPSC 70th PT. Candidates are gathering in Gurdnibagh. Khan Sir is also in support with candidates.

‘If the government wants no displeasure, the decision of 2025 is in their favor, then get the re-exam done. The government did not come in the suggestion of the officials. The government is taking the matter on Ego, this is not politics. This time we have strengthened our back.

Guru Rahman said- Today will be a Mahajutan

Guru Rahman has also reached Gurdnibagh. Talking to Bhaskar, he said, ‘The matter will be decided today. Today is Mahajutan. Hearing is also to be held in the court. In view of the protest, security of BJP and JDU offices in Patna has been increased.

Hearing can be held in High Court today

The re-exam case is also going on in the Patna High Court. The first hearing in the case was held on 16 January. During the hearing, the High Court had asked BPSC to give affidavit before January 30.

However, the court refused to stay the PT exam. After this, the hearing was not held even after being listed several times. Today the case can be heard. In today’s date, this case is listed on number 37.

Many other petitions including Prashant Kishore’s party Janasuraj have been filed in the Patna High Court regarding the BPSC 70th PT re-exam. It has now been added together.

Apart from Jansuraj, a petition has also been filed in the High Court on behalf of Purnia MP Pappu Yadav and Khan Sir. It has demanded re-exams and withdrawing the FIR filed against the protesting candidates.

Demand for BPSC candidates 70th PT exam canceled

These are the major demands from the candidates’ commission

  • The 70th PT exam of BPSC can be canceled. Take the exam again.
  • There is an examination and a result, so that all the candidates can have a Justice.
  • How can the Commission take a test twice, it is wrong.
  • The merit list will be affected by the same examination twice.
  • If there is a separate examination at a center, then the questions of the examination conducted at the 911 center and the examination on January 4 cannot be united.
  • If the questions of the examination to be held on January 4 are simple, then it will not be justice to other candidates.

Controversy has been done about BPSC 70th CCE exam

On December 13, there was news of paper leaking at Bapu Center, after which the paper was canceled on 16 December. This is the same examination for which BPSC candidates protested.

Candidates opposed the re-exam and demanded the cancellation of the entire examination. BPSC candidates also staged a protest before the Commission. After this, the candidates were lathi -charged. And this exam was held again on January 4, 2025. 12 thousand candidates attended it.

Examination was conducted on 13 December 2024

Candidates announced the Bihar bandh on 30 December. BPSC President met Governor. On one side, the candidates continued to perform on 3 January. On the other hand, the Commission took its decision on the BPSC 70th CCE (Prelims) Examination on 13 December 2024. On January 4, a re-exam was conducted for 12,000 candidates giving paper at Bapu Exam Center in Patna.

According to the official notice, ‘Candidates can download the OMR sheet (answer sheet) till 3:00 pm from January 19-21. Candidates can download it by going to the official website bpsc.bihar.gov.in and logging on your dash board and downloading it.
