Punjab Sub-ordinate Service Selection Board (PSSSB) has invited applications for the posts of Excise and Taxation Inspector. The last date of application for this recruitment has been fixed as 21 January. Candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of PSSSB sssb.punjab.gov.in/.
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Must have passed Punjabi subject examination in 10th.
- Must have 120 hours computer course (office productivity or desktop publishing applications) or ‘O’ level certificate from DOEACC, Government of India.
Age Limit :
- General: 37 years
- SC, BC: 42 years
- Government employee: 45 years
- Ex-Servicemen: 45 years (age minus 3 years of service years)
- Disabled Candidates: 47 years
Selection Process:
On the basis of written exam
Fees :
- General: Rs 1000
- SC/BC/EWS: Rs 250
- Ex-servicemen and their dependents: Rs 200
- Disabled: Rs 500
Salary:
According to the 7th Pay Commission, Rs 35,400 per month
