- UGC NET 2025 Dates Announced Exam Schedule For 85 Subejcts | NTA | UGC NET 2025

National Testing Agency (NT) has announced the new dates of UGC NET. Now the exam will be held from January 3 to January 16, 2025. Candidates who have registered for the exam can see the schedule of subjects by visiting the official website ugcnet.nta.ac.in.
According to the official notice released on the UGC NET website, the exam will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for all 85 subjects. The exam will be taken in two shifts.
The complete schedule of UGC NET according to shift and subject is as follows-
3 January 2025
- First shift: Public Administration, Education.
- Second shift: Economics, Rural Economics, Co-operation, Demography, Development Planning, Development Studies, Econometrics, Applied Economics, Development Economics, Business Economics. Museology and Conservation.
6 January 2025
- First shift: Computer Science and Applications, Persian, Russian, Bengali, Chinese, Rajasthani, Arab Culture and Islamic Studies.
- Second shift: Political Science, Comparative Literature.
7 January 2025
- First shift: Commerce.
- Second shift: English, Yoga.
8 January 2025
- First shift: Hindi, Manipuri, Kannada.
- Second shift: Assamese, Santhali, Social Work, Home Science, Music, Adult Education, Continuing Education, Andragogy, Non Formal Education, Indian Culture, Buddhist, Jain, Gandhian and Peace Studies. Archaeology.
