Hello, in the top jobs today, IBPS recruited 5,208 posts of PO and others including PO and did 1,340 vacancies of Junior Engineers in SSC. In Current Affairs, the matter was launched by ‘Quad-at-C Ship Observer Mission’ and directed to conduct the NEET-OG exam of 75 students of MP High Court in the top story.

1. Quad countries launched the maritime monitoring mission
The ‘Quad-at-C Ship Observer Mission’ started on 30 June. In order to increase maritime cooperation in the Indo-Pacific region, the co-ordinators of Quad countries, ie India, Japan, America and Australia, launched this maritime monitoring mission.
- This mission will include two officers from each country, including women officers.
- It has been launched in September 2024 under the Wilmington Declaration.
- The mission is the first joint campaign between Indian Coast Guard (ICG), Japan Coast Guard (JCG), American Coast Guard (USCG) and Australian Border Force (ABF).
2. Indian Navy commissioned ‘INS Tamal’
On 1 July, the Indian Navy commissioned its most modern stealth frigate ‘INS Tamal’ in Calinignagrad, Russia.
Tamal has been prepared under the supervision of Indian experts at Russia’s Yantar Shipyard.

- The ceremony was chaired by Vice Admiral Sanjay J.K. Singh did it.
- Tamal is the 8th warship of the 8th and Tursi class from Russia.
- It is part of the 2016 Indo-Russia Defense Agreement, under which four sword-class stealth frigates are being built.
- Two of these are being built in Yantar Shipyard in Russia and two in Goa Shipyard in India.
- It contains 26% indigenous technology.
- It will be inducted into the Navy’s western fleet, where it will be stationed in the Arabs-Hind Sagar and monitoring the Pakistani border.

2. SSC recruited 1,340 posts of junior engineer
Staff Selection Commission i.e. SSC has recruited 1,340 posts of Junior Engineers. With this, the application process has started. Candidates can apply by visiting SSC’s official website ssc.gov.in.
Educational qualification:
Diploma or degree in recognized or university from civil, mechanical and electrical.
Edge Limit:
- 18 – 30 years
- OBC, SC and ST: Applicants have also been given exemption in the maximum age limit as per government rules.
Selection Process:
- Retren exam

Fees:
- General and OBC: 100 rupees
- SC, ST and Divyang: Free
Salary:

1. Instructions for 75 students of Madhya Pradesh High Court to conduct NEET-OG exam again
On June 30, the Indore bench of Madhya Pradesh High Court directed the National Testing Agency i.e. NTA to conduct a NEET-OG exam again for 75 students.
In fact, during the examination on May 4, electricity was lost at many examination centers in Indore and Ujjain. The students filed a petition in the court, stating that the power cuts affected the performance of their examination.
The re-exam will be of 75 students who filed the petition before June 3, 2025 only.
The court said that the re-exam should be conducted as soon as possible and the results should also be declared as soon as possible. The court also ruled that the new ranking will be decided on the basis of marks found in the re-exam.
2. 1 million football distributed will be distributed in schools across the country
About 1 million footballs will be distributed in schools to promote interest in students and sports culture towards football. The football program in schools aim to promote football game at the ground level.
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced this campaign in Kolkata, West Bengal.
Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that only 88 thousand footballs will be distributed in West Bengal, which will benefit about 15-16 lakh students. This program in India is being implemented by the Department of School Education and Literacy. It will do it in collaboration with All India Football Federation and Sports Authority of India.
As part of the program, the International Football Association Federation is providing more than 9 lakh 60 thousand football to school students in India besides 129 other countries.
