The court admitted that they did not have the required experience as per the rule, despite their appointment. Dr. Amargonda Patil, the second candidate of the same post, appealed in the court against his appointment.
The Supreme Court has given him a week of 1 week to withdraw him from the post.
2. The chief priest of Ayodhya Ram temple passes away
Mahant Satyendra Das, the chief priest of Ayodhya Ram temple, passed away on 12 February. The 85 -year -old Das was the Mahant of Nirvani Akhara. He was the main priest of the Ayodhya Ram temple since the age of 20.
Mahant Satyendra Das was referred from Ayodhya to Lucknow on 3 February after brain hemorrhage.

1. Ragging, Juniors’ clothes in Kerala
A case of ragging with juniors has come to light at a government nursing college in Kerala. Five senior students took off the first clothes of 3 students. Then hung dumbbell (heavy weight) on his private part.
